Robert Donahue joined Anokiwave as Chief Executive Officer in April 2013. He has 30 years of experience in both commercial and military RF-mmW semiconductor industries. He has held leadership positions in Research, Product Design & Development, Product and Applications Engineering, Marketing, Product Line Management, Sales and Executive Management. Prior to joining Anokiwave Mr. Donahue was the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Operating Officer of MACOM Technology Solutions (MTSI). Prior to joining MTSI, Mr. Donahue was the Chief Strategy Officer of WIN Semiconductor (GreTai: 3105). At WIN Semi Mr. Donahue was promoted successfully from Director, VP, Sr. VP, EVP to CSO almost yearly. Prior to joining WIN Semi Mr. Donahue was Director of Marketing at Hittite Microwave (HITT). Mr. Donahue worked in various Engineering and Engineering Leadership positions for Raytheon and M/A-COM for over 17 years. He received his BSEE from UMASS Lowell, MSEE from UMASS Amherst and an MS in the Management of Technology from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Dr. Nitin Jain received his B.Tech degree (in Electronics) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India in 1986, and his MS and Ph.D. (in Solid State Electronics) from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy NY USA in 1989 and 1991, respectively.

Dr. Nitin Jain received his B.Tech degree (in Electronics) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India in 1986, and his MS and Ph.D. (in Solid State Electronics) from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy NY USA in 1989 and 1991, respectively. His Ph.D. work focused on MESFET, pHEMT, and diode-gate MESFET control devices for which he received the IEEE graduate student fellowship award in 1990.

From September 1991 to October 1998, he worked at Corporate R&D, M/A-Com Lowell as Principal and Sr. Principal Engineer. At M/A-Com, his work focused on commercial use of EM simulators, passive and active circuit modeling, multi layer PCB modeling, high power PIN switches, mm-wave circuit, and mm-wave module development. Dr. Jain has worked on various commercial mm-wave projects including design and production of LMDS receiver at 28 GHz and design of 24 GHz collision avoidance radar. He was also the technical lead of a team that designed and conceived the single piece Radar module for 77-GHz ACC application. From October 1998 to October 2000, he was with the ECE department of Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore India as Assistant Professor.

Since October 2000, he has founded a start-up - Anokiwave, Inc., San Diego, CA - where he is consulting and designing circuits for various customers. His current interests include mm-wave circuits, mm-wave modules, Silicon and GaAs MMIC circuits, EM simulations, and passive circuit modeling and design. He has over 37 publications in international conferences and journals and has 20 US patents.

David Corman joined Anokiwave as Chief Systems Architect in April 2013. He has 34 years of experience in RF microwave, millimeter wave, and analog engineering including system design, module design, and RFIC/MMIC design through 94 GHz. Prior to joining Anokiwave, Mr. Corman spent 15 years at Motorola Government Electronics group in Phoenix where he held positions of increasing responsibility on a wide range of military and commercial space programs. He was the architect and lead technologist for the Iridium Block 1 space based K-band and Ka-band electronics suite. Mr. Corman was a co-founder of US Monolithics before its acquisition by ViaSat, Inc. in 2002. His primary focus at Anokiwave is the achievement of higher levels of functional integration by combining system engineering with enabling solid state integrated circuit technologies including GaN, GaAs, SiGe, and CMOS. Mr. Corman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kansas and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University. He holds over 47 patents worldwide.

Since retiring from Raytheon, he has been advising small companies and teaching. In addition to Anokiwave, he is a founding partner of OO/KOO/RAHN, a start-up company in Los Angeles providing services to the fashion industry. He is a member of the board of directors of the Associates of the Boston Public Library, an organization dedicated to conservation and digitization of the library’s rare book collections. He is affiliated with the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, the American Physical Society, the American Association for the Advancement of Science, The Mathematics Association of America, and the Academy of American Poets.

In 1995 he founded ARCOM a company focused around mmW wireless products for Point-to-Point Radio applications. The company was sold to Dover Corporation in 1999. In 2001 he founded LNX Corporation a company leader in the design and manufacturing of state of the art receivers for Homeland Security and C-IED applications. LNX was sold to Mercury Systems in January 2011. In January 2011 he founded Solynx Corporation, a Company involved in RF multi-function design consulting and high tech procurement services. Lamberto was also in the Board of Ibis technology, a leading provider of SOI technology, in the Board of Radio Physics Solution a company focused around E-band Radios and Security products and member of the Global Communications Devices technical advisory board. He has authored and coauthored more than 50 technical and business papers.
