Jeff Chartier is Chief Human Resource Officer and Vice President of SIG SAUER. In this role, he is responsible for developing and implementing all aspects of human resources strategies, plans and programs for SIG SAUER.

Prior to joining SIG SAUER, Mr. Chartier held the position as head of Human Resources at M/A-COM Technology Solutions Inc. in Lowell, MA where he played a key role in the company going public. Prior to this he held a variety of senior Human Resource roles with companies including Tyco Electronics, Arthur D. Little Consulting and Computervision.
Mr. Chartier earned a bachelor's degree from Springfield College and his Juris Doctorate from the New England School of Law. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and numerous professional associations.
