The AWMF-0240 is Qorvo’s latest CMOS Ku-band Receive (Rx) SATCOM beamformer IC covering 10.7 to 12.75 GHz with four, dual polarization radiating elements that can support full polarization flexibility. The AWMF-0240 is complemented with the Ku-Band Transmit (Tx) SATCOM beamformer IC: AWMF-0241. Using AWMF-0240 and AWMF-0241 together, satellite user terminal providers can now achieve industry’s smallest, lowest power, highest efficiency and cost-effective phased array active antennas.
