The AWMF-0236 is the newest addition to the integrated silicon RF beamforming IC (BFIC) family built on Anokiwave’s proven quad channel, dual polarization CMOS platform.
The 3GPP n260 and n259 bands provide the largest contiguous spectrum available for 5G wireless service and are planned to be used in densely urban areas requiring ultra-high throughput and capacity.
The IC has higher EIRP and efficiency for smaller arrays, all while supporting higher bandwidth and modulations as well as 802.11ac/802.11ax waveforms.
