The AWS-0103 is a high linearity BFIC that covers 8.5-10.55 GHz, supporting four radiating elements with single beam transmit and dual beam receive modes. It includes 6-bit phase and 6-bit gain control for beam steering and shaping.

The AWMF-0106 is an integrated PA, LNA, and switch covering 8.5 – 10.55 GHz.
The IC features high Tx output power for HPA drive, Tx output power detection, active bias of the power amplifier stages, and active self-bias of the low noise amplifier stages. Dual Rx outputs are provided to enable dual Rx beam phased array applications all with a single positive power supply.
