The AWMF-0241 is Qorvo’s latest CMOS Ku-band Transmit (Tx) SATCOM beamformer IC covering 13.75 to 14.5 GHz with four, dual polarization radiating elements that can support full polarization flexibility. The AWMF-0241 is complemented with the Ku-Band Receive (Rx) SATCOM beamformer IC: AWMF-0240. Using AWMF-0240 and AWMF-0241 together, satellite user terminal providers can now achieve industry’s smallest, lowest power, highest efficiency and cost-effective phased array active antennas.
