Anokiwave Inc. Appoints William W. Boecke as Chief Financial Officer
Anokiwave Inc. continues to expand its leadership team with the appointment of seasoned finance professional William W. Boecke as Chief Financial Officer
San Diego CA, 30 November 2015: Anokiwave, Inc., an innovative company providing highly integrated core IC solutions for mmW markets and AESA based solutions, today announced the latest addition to its leadership team with the appointment of William W. Boecke to the position of Chief Financial Officer. This appointment supports Anokiwave’s plans to continue its strategic expansion in 2016 and beyond.
Bill joined Anokiwave in October 2015 and working with the executive management team will insure the company continues to grow on a strong financial foundation. He will promote the creation of value with the development of our technology and will manage our financial and other business risks. This enables Anokiwave to continue to expand, capitalizing on the growing worldwide demand for next generation mmW solutions.

Mr. Boecke has more than 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry serving in various senior financial management positions. Prior to joining Anokiwave, he was VP and Chief Financial Officer of Hittite Microwave Corp. Bill has a B.S. from St. John’s University and an M.B.A. from Boston College. He became a Certified Public Accountant in N.Y.
