AWMF-0240 Ku-band 4x2 Rx Beamformer IC

AWMF-0240 Ku-Band Rx Beamformer IC Product Overview

Ku-Band Quad 4x2 Rx Beamformer IC

The AWMF-0240 is Qorvo’s latest CMOS Ku-band Receive (Rx) SATCOM beamformer IC. The device supports four dual polarization radiating elements with full polarization flexibility for multi-orbit operation. Additional features include gain compensation over temperature and temperature reporting. The chip features ESD protection on all pins, operates from a +1.2V supply, and is packaged in a FC-CSP (Flip-Chip Chip-Scale-Package) for easy installation in planar phased array antennas.

This new Ku-Band SATCOM beamformer IC family enables satellite user terminal providers to achieve industry’s smallest, lowest power, highest efficiency and cost-effective phased array active antennas.
